Simplified General Ledger and Profitability Transactions

Navigating G/L Journals and Profitability Transactions just got easier. We've relocated the 'Reverse Journal' and 'Reverse Transaction' functions, now conveniently located in the drop-down menu of the 'Copy' option.

More Insightful Job Management with Enhanced Cost Centre Details

Get more detailed views when managing your jobs. Now, you can display the timesheet narrative when viewing Cost Centre Details from the Job Costs screen.

The ‘Show Narrative’ option replaces the Job Transfer columns with the timesheet narrative. Contact your Pegasus Account Manager to set the narrative display as your default view.

Expanded Print Format Options in Production Invoicing

Experience greater flexibility when printing Estimate Invoices in Production Invoicing.

We've introduced new Print Format options:

• Estimate category default: uses the Print Code on the estimate to determine the printed details per category.

• Detailed categories: prints cost centre details for all types - a new addition.

• Summary Categories: prints a summary only for all categories - another new feature.

• *No detail: no cost centre or category details are printed.

Improved Forecasting with New Client Filters

Tailor your forecasting approach with our new Client and Client Group selection filters. Added to the Forecasting screen, these filters enhance your view and management of forecasting data.
