Pegasus Edge uses AI to automate the manual work in your accounts payable and expense workflows. Supplier invoices, expenses, and supplier statements are scanned, coded, and prepared for your general ledger with fewer manual touches and fewer errors.
You can choose from Claude (Anthropic), OpenAI, or Azure OpenAI as the underlying model. The output is the same regardless: cleaner supplier data, faster AP processing, and a financial record that reflects what's actually happening across the business.
Three features are currently supported: AI for Expenses, AI for Supplier Invoices, and the Supplier Reconciler.
ClickUp + Pegasus: Jobs, Estimates and Timesheets Synced to Your Team's Workspace
ClickUp is a project management platform that brings tasks, timelines, and team communication into one place. The integration with Pegasus Edge automatically keeps your ClickUp workspace aligned with your agency's job and client structure, so your team always has an up-to-date view of what's in Pegasus without anyone having to maintain it manually. Approved estimate categories flow through as tasks, and time your team logs in ClickUp returns to Pegasus timesheets overnight.

Float + Pegasus: Real-Time Capacity and Timesheet Sync
Float is a resource management platform that gives your agency a real-time view of team capacity, utilisation, and availability. The integration with Pegasus Edge keeps Float aligned with your Pegasus data automatically. Staff, jobs, clients, and estimates flow from Pegasus into Float, so your resource plans reflect your actual job structure. Time your team logs in Float syncs back into Pegasus timesheets, ready for your normal review process.

SMI + Pegasus: Media Spend Reporting Transferred Directly to SMI
Standard Media Index (SMI) gives media agencies the tools to monitor and report on ad expenditure across all major media channels, digital, broadcast, print, and more, two weeks after month end. Media agencies using Pegasus Edge and contributing to SMI can transfer spend files directly to SMI via Sharefile, enabling accurate media spend tracking across the New Zealand market by supplier and advertiser category.
Screendragon + Pegasus: Two-Way Project and Financial Data Sync
Screendragon is a cloud-based project management platform used by agencies to manage all phases of a project, including scope, scheduling, budgeting, and invoicing. JKR uses Screendragon alongside Pegasus Edge to manage project workflows and financial data in one connected system. The two-way integration means staff, client, and rate changes in Pegasus push to Screendragon automatically, and project, estimate, and timesheet changes in Screendragon interface with Pegasus. No double entry required.
DataPay + Pegasus: Leave Approved in Your HR System, Timesheets Created in Pegasus
DataPay is a cloud-based payroll and HR platform. Clemenger Group uses DataPay as their HR system, including leave management. The integration with Pegasus Edge means that when leave is approved in DataPay, timesheets are automatically created in Pegasus, eliminating the risk of missing employee leave entries and keeping payroll data accurate. Error notifications flag any data issues for resolution.
ReadSoft + Pegasus: AP Invoices Coded and Approved Without Manual Entry
ReadSoft (part of Kofax) automates the purchase-to-pay process. The integration with Pegasus Edge removes the need for manual accounts payable invoice entry. Invoices are transferred to ReadSoft for coding and validation, then deposited back into Pegasus via a central approval system once approved. One login. One workflow. No rekeying.
TVmap + Pegasus: TV Bookings and Audience Data in One Place
TVmap (by Broadcast M.A.P.) is a media forecasting, trading, and analysis platform built for television. With the Pegasus integration, you can import bookings into TVmap for analysis using actual costs, and export audience ratings from TVmap back into Pegasus for tracking and reporting.
Ferret + Pegasus: AP Invoice Automation in a Centralised Approval System
Ferret automates accounts payable invoice processing and approval. The integration with Pegasus Edge eliminates manual AP invoice entry. Invoices are processed through Ferret's centralised approval system and automatically flow into Pegasus, reducing manual handling and improving accuracy across your payables workflow.
Symphony + Pegasus: Campaign Booking Data Without the Double Entry
Symphony by Adslot is a digital media management platform that manages the campaign lifecycle, including integrations with ad servers, social platforms, and agency media systems. The API integration between Symphony and Pegasus enables booking data to transfer between the two platforms automatically, removing the need for double entry and improving invoicing accuracy.
Single Sign-On for Pegasus: SAML Authentication via Okta and Azure AD
Pegasus Edge supports Single Sign-On (SSO) via SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language), allowing your team to access Pegasus using your existing identity provider. Currently supported platforms: Okta and Azure AD.
