Standard Media Index (SMI) with Pegasus Systems
SMI gives the media ecosystem the tools and insights to monitor and adapt in an increasingly fast-paced and developing market, reporting on all major media, including digital media, publishers, and categories, two weeks after the end of each month. SMI offers customised ad expenditure reporting for all product categories across all media, media sectors (such as programmatic, search and social), and media owners, in addition to massive dataset subscriptions.
Media agencies using Pegasus Systems and contributing to SMI can transfer files that want to report to SMI via Sharefile, a secure content collaboration and file-sharing software. This feature allows media spend tracking across the New Zealand market by supplier and advertiser categories.

Symphony with Pegasus Systems
Adslot Symphony platform is the world’s leading digital media management solution for agencies, active in more global markets than competitors. Symphony manages the entire campaign life cycle with integrations for automated data transfer into 3rd party ad servers, social media platforms and agency media systems.
The API integration between Symphony and Pegasus enables users to seamlessly transfer, plan, and book data between the two platforms, eliminating the need for double entry of booking data, improving invoicing accuracy to clients and increasing operational efficiency.
Screendragon with Pegasus Systems
Screendragon is a cloud-based project management software. It is used at JKR for the management of all phases of a project, including scope, scheduling, budgeting, and invoicing.
Pegasus is the accounting software used by JKR. It is integrated with Screendragon to share financial information. The integration between Pegasus and Screendragon is two-way and double keying is not required. Integration features:

DataPay with Pegasus Systems
DataPay is a cloud-based payroll and human resource software solution.
One of our clients, Clemenger Group, uses DataPay as their external HR system including leave applications. They needed to approve leave in DataPay to generate timesheets in Pegasus.
This solution maintains accurate and up-to-date timesheets essential for payroll. Timesheets are automatically created from approved leave requests in their HR system, meaning there is no chance of forgetting any employee’s timesheet. The API sends error notifications for any data error to ensure that users fix it properly.
ReadSoft with Pegasus Systems
ReadSoft is a cloud-based software solution focused on the Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report processes. The software company is part of Kofax and is the backbone of the Financial Process Automation range.
Readsoft and Pegasus Systems ERP integration solution eliminates the need for employees to juggle multiple logins and systems, reducing the necessity of manually entering accounts payable (AP) invoices as it’s reduced in a centralised system for Approval.
The transmission of data is via an SFTP file. Then, the data from the Masterfile is transferred to the Publicis/ReadSoft server for coding and validation of AP invoices. Data from approved invoices are deposited into a folder and entered into Pegasus via job schedule entry in a central approval system, eliminating the manual entering of AP invoices.
TVmap with Pegasus Systems
Broadcast M.A.P. is an industry-leading technology company with a focus on media forecasting, trading, and analysis solutions. The core product is TVmap (Television Media Analysis Program).
With Pegasus, you can import bookings into TVmap for extensive analysis and monitoring using actual costs. With TVmap, export audience ratings to Pegasus for additional support in tracking and reporting.

Ferret Software automates manual data entry and streamlines the process and authorization of the account payable invoices.
Adding Ferret with Pegasus eliminates the need for manual Accounts Payable (AP) invoice entry.
Ferret integrates seamlessly with Pegasus to provide a complete solution for AP automation in a centralized approval system.
Single Sign-On solutions
