Pegasus Systems: Our Year in Fast-Forward (and a Glimpse at 2026)
Thanks for being part of the Pegasus community in 2025
As the year winds down and your to-do list starts to shrink (hopefully), we’re taking a moment to rewind and reflect, celebrate the wins, and share a quick glimpse at what’s ahead in 2026.
Holiday Hours: The Pegasus Team will be taking a break from 25 December to 2 January. Support will pause during this time, so please reach out before then if there’s anything we can help with. We’re looking forward to returning in 2026 refreshed and raring to go.
2025 has been a year of both external and internal exploration for Pegasus. A time to reflect and assess how we can best serve our clients and communities. Our purpose remains unchanged: to equip business-savvy agencies with the tools they need to operate more efficiently and profitably. But this year we’ve taken a deeper look, renewing our commitment to continuous evolution and to ensuring Pegasus moves forward aligned with, or ahead of, emerging technologies and market demands.
But it hasn’t all been navel-gazing! From deep improvements across finance, media and reporting, to stronger cash flow management and the launch of dashboards, 2025 has been a year of practical, client-feedback-led progress.
We launched our Client Hub and, within that, the newly published quarterly product roadmap. We released AI functionality in Pegasus Edge that we’d been beta-testing for some time, and we kicked off our webinar series.
And with some great Q&A at our webinars, we’re heading into 2026 with even clearer priorities.
2025 Highlights
New Features & Enhancements
This year, we focused on reporting, automation capabilities, and improved workflows. Some of the key releases included:
Dashboards (GL, AR, Jobs) – Track live performance with visual dashboards.
Media Bookings Enhancements – Including bookings import, value input, calendar keyboard shortcuts, summary TV invoices, and supplier payment details on media invoice reports.
AI Scanning for Expenses and AP Invoices - No more data entry.
Management Report Pack – Group your key reports into a single, export-ready pack.
Supplier Reconciler – Match supplier statements to outstandings, manage queries and write-offs, and generate payments directly from approved reconciliations. All in one tool and one place.
GL Cash Flow Tool – Practical, multi-entity cashflow visibility for finance teams.
eInvoicing - providing the capacity to further simplify your invoicing process.
AR & Statement Improvements – Including Statement/Invoice bundling, export to Excel, and automatic email records for sent invoices.
JCR enhancements – Expanded billing flexibility and improved visibility, including the ability to allocate billing portions across multiple estimates and see job counts within each batch.
User Audit Fields – Track changes faster with "added by" and "last changed by" rolled out to additional screens for a transparent audit trail.

We also spent time scoping and exploring API and integration options with plans to accelerate our connectivity options in 2026.
And we took a closer look under the hood and across our entire network. We are continuously enhancing our infrastructure and rigorously testing Pegasus Edge through regular scanning. We also engaged an external provider to complete a comprehensive penetration test of the full product.

This year, we launched our first official Pegasus client webinar series! Thanks to everyone who joined live or watched our recordings. The attendance, feedback, and questions were brilliant.

Maintaining focus on business performance visibility tools for clients
