Major Enhancements Released in Q1
AP Invoice & Expense Receipt Scanning Live
Gone are the days of manually entering invoice and expense details. Our latest release introduces AP Invoice & Expense Receipt Scanning, allowing you to upload receipts and invoices and have key data automatically extracted and processed. This saves time and reduces the risk of errors, improving financial accuracy.
This enhancement is a significant step forward in simplifying financial management for agencies, ensuring better efficiency.

eInvoicing Now Available
We’re excited to announce that eInvoicing has been released! Agencies can now send invoices directly between accounting systems, ensuring accuracy. This seamless integration reduces admin time, eliminates errors, and accelerates payments, meaning better cash flow for your business.

General Ledger Accounting Levels & Prefixes Suspension
Users can now suspend GL accounting levels, removing them from active dropdowns and simplifying selection when certain levels are no longer used. This helps maintain cleaner data and ensures users interact only with relevant account structures.
Looking Ahead: Dashboards Throughout 2025
We’re continuing our investment in rich data visualisation tools. The first three AR Dashboards, AR Overview, Debtor Ageing, and Category Analytics have all been released.
Designed to support business owners, finance users, and client services, these dashboards assist users in identifying overdue balances, prioritising follow-ups, and taking timely action to mitigate debtor risk.
Looking further ahead into Q2, our next focus will be on General Ledger (GL) Dashboards, aimed at giving finance teams even more clarity and control.

Minor Enhancements That Make a Big Difference
Invoice Email Logs
A new log has been developed to track when invoices are emailed and to whom. This data will be recorded against each invoice, providing better visibility and auditability.
Leave Accrual Report Changes
We’ve made the Leave Accrual Report more flexible and insightful. Users can now:
Filter by branch
Select specific leave types
View enhanced details such as anniversary dates, current entitlements, brought-forward balances, accrued and approved leave (as of the selected date), and approved leave/remaining balances as of the next anniversary.
The Excel export now includes separate Branch and Department columns for easier sorting and filtering, improving usability and accuracy.
Cash Receipt Reversal Warning
To protect financial integrity, a new warning alerts users if a reversed cash receipt is selected again. This helps avoid duplicate entries and simplifies reconciliation in both AR and GL.
Job Header Forecast Entry – Next Year Forecasting Support
We’ve updated the Job Forecasting shortcut in Job Management to support forecasting for the next financial year. A new dropdown lets users choose the month and year to display up to, making forward planning more manageable than ever.
