Quick access to single attachments. Have you ever felt that accessing an attachment required one too many clicks? We felt that, too! Our recent tweak ensures you can view it directly from the list grid if there's just one attachment. The goal? Minimising steps and maximising efficiency. Quick and efficient access means faster decision-making, which is especially crucial for Supplier Invoices, Invoice Authorisation, and Automatic Payments.
And for those who like to keep things a certain way, there's an option to turn off this feature under General User Preferences.
Pro-tip: The first time an attachment auto-opens, you’ll receive a one-time warning notification. It’s just our way of keeping you informed!
Enhanced access in Accounts Payable (AP) Inquiry. Now featuring a "View Attachments" column in AP Inquiry. Whether you’re looking at Invoices or Payments, this update aims to offer a more holistic viewing experience.

Redefining Names. We’ve renamed “Cheque Amount” to “Payment Amount” to keep things intuitive. After all, it’s all in the name!
Streamlined EFT Payments. Always know where your payments are headed. By popular demand, Detailed and Summary payment reports will now showcase supplier bank account numbers. This enhancement ensures accuracy, avoiding manual double-checks. Every payment is traceable, reducing errors and ensuring every dollar is accounted for.
Automation in Supplier Invoice processing. We heard you. When adding an order to a Supplier Invoice, Pegasus Edge will auto-populate the 'Sent To' field based on user-driven criteria: the Added By User, Approved By User, or the Account Executive on the Job. You retain control with manual overwrite options, ensuring flexibility is always at your fingertips.
Invoice Approval becomes hassle-free. The system anticipates your preferences, saving precious minutes in manual entries, and ensures consistent assignments based on your past behaviours or present preferences.
Media Invoicing: Customisation at Your Fingertips
Tailor your viewing experience! While our default setting showcases the current user, we've added an option to see "All Users". It's all about offering you perspective, breadth, and depth.
