Finance Support Specialist

We're on the lookout for someone who really knows their stuff when it comes to agency finance in the advertising and media world. Our company has been partnering with creative and media agencies worldwide for over forty years, offering them a complete agency management solution.

In this role, you'd be a key player in our Client Services team. Your main mission would be building strong relationships with our clients, being their go-to person for anything finance, production, or media-related. We use this neat support system called Freshdesk to keep things organised and make sure we're giving top-notch assistance.

Day-to-day, you'll be handling client inquiries, resolving finance issues like a pro, and gathering feedback to help us improve our product. You'll also get to lead training sessions, both in-person and online, to make sure our clients feel confident using all our great features.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, handling finance, production, and media inquiries.

  • Provide timely. professional support via Freshdesk.

  • Enhance client satisfaction through effective issue resolution.

  • Contribute client feedback and test product improvements.

  • Conduct training to improve client product knowledge.

  • Analyse requirements, create specs, and coordinate custom modifications with development.

  • Advise on best practices and support new client installations.

  • Support the Client Service team with additional tasks as needed. 

Is This The Role For You?

For this role, we're looking for someone with solid experience - think 3-5 years plus - in finance within media or ad agencies. You'll need to know your way around financial processes and reporting requirements like the back of your hand. Strong communication skills are a must since you'll be talking with clients and our development teams to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Oh, and it's a fast-paced environment, so you'll need to be great at juggling tasks and staying organised. We're all about enthusiasm here, so if you're someone who loves diving into SaaS products and learning new things, you'll fit right in.

If you've had a chance to work with Pegasus agency management software before, that's a bonus - it'll come in handy when you're guiding clients on best practices and helping them get the most out of our tools.
