Australian Radio Media: Pegasus + AudioNET Integration

When Australian media agency Talent Corp was searching for ways to streamline their booming media operations, one major inefficiency stood out: the sheer manual labour involved in radio campaign imports and post-analysis.

With a large share of their client work focused on radio advertising, and campaigns often spread across multiple stations and networks, manually keying data wasn’t just time-consuming; it was risky, error-prone, and frustrating.

That’s where Pegasus + AudioNET came in.

A Smarter Way to Handle Radio

Through its new integration with AudioNET, Pegasus is providing a streamlined solution for managing radio media for Australian agencies and has transformed the process for Talent Corp.

AudioNET collects pre-aired and post-run data from all of Australia’s radio networks. They then compile this into a structured holdings file, which is delivered to agencies via a secure connection. Pegasus automates the retrieval, import and processing of these files, turning what used to be hours of admin into just a few clicks.

As TalentCorp's Managing Director, Mark Noakes, put it:

“You can just bring in a whole radio campaign in one go. It’s fast, accurate, and sets us up to do our post-analysis and reconciliation properly.”

The Benefits at a Glance

Reduced Manual Entry

Before: Radio campaign bookings had to be keyed in manually, line by line.
Now: The AudioNET holdings file is automatically imported, saving time and effort.

Seamless Reconciliation

Talent Corp used to struggle with media invoices not matching what was booked. Now, they simply compare invoices to what's already in Pegasus based on the imported AudioNET file.

“Invoice queries from suppliers have dramatically reduced,” says Noakes.

Faster Post-Analysis

Instead of cobbling together reports from various sources, Talent Corp can now instantly see what was delivered and prepare post-campaign analysis or negotiate make-goods accordingly.

“Even without hooking up ratings yet, just spot placements have been a big time-saver for us,” Noakes explained.

Why Talent Corp Backed Pegasus

Talent Corp adopted Pegasus not just because of the integration, but because of what it represented: a shift away from cumbersome, legacy media systems toward a modern, cloud-first platform designed for real operational scale.

“Once we heard Pegasus was integrating with AudioNET, we knew it would be a game-changer,” said Noakes.
“We couldn’t continue with the level of manual handling we had before. It just wasn’t sustainable.”

Pegasus delivered a solution that now supports automated campaign imports, easier month-end reconciliations, and smarter financial forecasting, which is especially important for a fast-growing agency like TalentCorp.
