Is your agency already using Media?
1. Schedule updates
Pegasus' Client Services team will be in contact with you shortly to schedule your agency's update to the new Edge Media platform.
If your agency would like to take a look at Edge Media prior to the update, get in contact to arrange installation on your test environment.
2. Keep an eye out
Pegasus is busy preparing more information and resources for you to assist with the rollout of Edge Media functionality across your agency.
To ensure your agency stays updated, make sure that everyone in your team is signed up to receive communications from Pegasus.
3. Upskill staff
To support the introduction of Edge Media, Pegasus has scheduled dedicated Small Group Training sessions.
Make sure that your staff are prepared, savvy, and ready to operate in the new system - take a look at the schedule dates and book today!
General Ledger Cashflow SIG
Pegasus is establishing a Special Interest Group (SIG) to help gather feedback and requirements for the development of a Cashflow solution within the General Ledger module.
During collaborative, online discussions, SIG members will discuss processes, share insights, discuss challenges, and assist Pegasus with prioritising features for development.

New ‘License Type’
Modifications have been made to the User Enrolment program to provide better clarity on license type access inclusions, and to simplify the process of adding and adjusting users.
A new 'License Type' field has been introduced, allowing you to specify each user's access level and configure permissions for the available functions corresponding to that license type.
The new 'License Count' popup will then provide transparency around the number of licenses applied across each 'License Type'.
There are a few steps you need to complete to switch on ‘License Types’. For further details and assistance with implementing this change, contact the Client Services Team.
Invoice Scanning
Streamline your accounts payable process with Edge's invoice scanning feature. Invoice scanning speeds up the invoice processing cycle, reducing the need for manual input and allowing you to handle a larger volume of invoices in less time.
Simply upload your invoice into the Invoice Entry screen and watch as invoice data is read and converted, automatically populating the screen and invoice allocation lines.
Rest assured that your data remains safe and secure through the use of API technology with openAI.
What’s Coming?
eInvoicing
eInvoicing is an Australian and New Zealand Government initiative aimed to digitise the exchange of standardised invoice information between suppliers' and buyers', offering a more efficient, accurate and secure alternative to sending and receiving invoices compared to PDFs and emails.
With over 21,000 businesses in New Zealand already registered to receive eInvoices, and state and territory governments in Australia mandating its use, expansion of eInvoicing is well and truly underway.
